We're hiring a Team Lead for our Last Mile Operation to join our amazing Outbound Department, where you'll be on the front lines contributing to awesome member experiences!
SCHEDULE
Sunday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:30am (Must be available to work overtime when necessary to support the needs of the business)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead by example in all interactions with Thrivers. Provide guidance, motivation, and on-the-floor support to ensure the team consistently delivers on quality, speed, and safety goals.
- Oversee daily outbound activities including picking, packing, shipping, and dock operations to ensure all performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Create opportunities for Thrivers to grow by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and feedback that promote operational excellence and professional development.
- Review productivity reports, labor utilization, and quality metrics daily to identify areas for improvement. Partner with Supervisors and Managers to implement corrective action plans where needed.
- Utilize Lean principles (5S, Kaizen) to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and improve overall outbound performance.
- Maintain strong communication with peers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of fulfillment priorities.
- Champion a culture of safety by ensuring all Thrivers follow OSHA and company safety standards. Conduct regular walk-throughs and help resolve safety-related issues immediately.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and motivated to contribute their best.
- Support Supervisors and Managers with additional tasks and projects designed to enhance overall fulfillment center performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or production environments preferred. Prior leadership experience a plus.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or similar tools preferred.
- High integrity, dependable, and quality-focused.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

JOB INFORMATION
- Compensation Description - The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour + $1 shift differential.
- Rate of pay may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
