The Fulfillment Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end fulfillment process within the facility. This role involves coordinating and managing various aspects of the fulfillment operations, including inventory management, order processing, shipping, and logistics. The Fulfillment Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, member experience, and overall operational efficiency.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday, from 7:00am- 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to maintain a secure work environment
Lead and develop a team of supervisors and 150 hourly employees, embodying Thrive Market values
Serve as the main information source, ensuring compliance and consistency to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and teamwork
Drive fulfillment strategy to ensure team engagement, motivation, and goal alignment
Ensure adherence to core performance standards and established processes for a consistent member experience
Plan and execute fulfillment goals and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and manage inventory levels, implement control measures, and collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
Develop and implement streamlined order processing procedures, oversee fulfillment, and address issues or bottlenecks
Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping processes and ensure on-time deliveries
Oversee quality control measures to ensure accurate and error-free order fulfillment, collaborating with quality assurance teams to resolve product quality issues
Drive the development of supervisors and employees, providing expert coaching and development
Consistently coach and develop supervisors to enhance member experience and fulfillment operations
Source and screen talent, partnering with People Operations to ensure effective hiring
Analyze fulfillment operation reports, identify opportunities, determine root causes, and coach supervisors to achieve performance standards
Set clear expectations and goals, inspire personal accountability, and model strong performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication that is clear, concise, and polished
Highest levels of integrity and ethics
Dedicated to quality and high standards; Supportive of values
Must be proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook and G-Suite applications
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and understand Warehouse Management Systems
Minimum of 5-10+ years of proven leadership/supervisory experience within a FC/DC or manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead process improvements through the lean process or Kaizen techniques as well as provide solutions when problem solving
Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data

JOB INFORMATION

Compensation Description - The starting salary range for this position is between $85K-$100K
Salary may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health and Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
