Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to be the right hand to our leadership team and a key player in ensuring seamless operations across the company.
Position Overview:
We need a resourceful, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. As our EA, you’ll wear multiple hats—supporting executives, managing executive presence at events, overseeing the company calendar, and driving operational efficiency. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our leadership team focused and driving collaboration across the company.
What You’ll Do:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CTO, and CRO, including calendar and schedule management across time zones, travel coordination (flights, hotels, ground transport, and detailed itineraries), inbox triage, and expense tracking. Ensure executives are prepared, on time, and focused on their highest-value work.
Represent Maven AGI Externally: Serve as a gatekeeper and first point of contact, prioritizing and handling incoming communications while exemplifying Maven AGI's values to internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a connective layer between the CEO, CTO, CRO, and the broader leadership team, facilitating communication, surfacing blockers, and keeping cross-functional initiatives moving forward.
Executive Events & Speaking Engagements: Manage end-to-end logistics for third-party events, conferences, and speaking engagements where the leadership team are participating, including submission coordination, scheduling, travel, on-site preparation, and follow-up.
Who You Are:
Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff, with strong references who feel deeply connected to you and the value that you drove in your role. Preferred experience with start-up environment, event planning and people operations support.
Executive Presence: Honed executive presence as you’ll be in a variety of settings representing the company, our leaders and yourself. Excellent communication skills across multiple formats (email, slack) and preference with experience using Google Workplace.
Working Style: Thrives in a fast paced environment and can flex to meet different personality types across a leadership team.

Solution-Oriented: Expertise in getting to success with difficult stakeholders, complex problem sets and internal and external factors.
