Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform on a mission to unleash business artificial general intelligence (AGI), starting with customer service. Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale.

Position Overview
As an AI Tech Writer at Maven AGI, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI agent technology and the customers and partners who implement it. You'll work hands-on with our product as a power user—setting up environments, connecting integrations, and testing use cases exactly as our customers do—then translate those experiences into exceptional enablement content that empowers users to succeed.
This is a solutions-engineer mindset applied to content creation. You'll spend your time configuring Maven's platform, building compelling demos, creating step-by-step guides, and producing enablement materials that help customers and partners get up and running quickly. You won't be writing code from scratch or building custom integrations for competitive POCs—instead, you'll be the expert at using and configuring our product, then documenting and demonstrating that expertise through world-class content.
What You'll Do
Hands-On Product Configuration & Enablement
Configure and administer Maven's AI agent platform across various customer scenarios to gain deep implementation expertise
Set up integrations, connect data sources, and configure workflows using the platform's admin interface and configuration tools
Build compelling demos and proof-of-concept environments that showcase Maven's capabilities to customers and partners
Test different use cases and configuration patterns to understand what works best for different customer scenarios
Maintain demo environments and reference implementations that can be shown to prospects and used as learning resources
Enablement Content Creation
Write comprehensive enablement documentation including setup guides, configuration best practices, admin tutorials, and troubleshooting resources
Create customer-focused blog posts and articles that showcase implementation patterns, use cases, and success stories
Develop video tutorials, walkthrough guides, and visual documentation that help customers get started quickly
Produce templated configurations, setup checklists, and implementation playbooks that accelerate customer onboarding
Build training materials and enablement resources for partners and customer success teams
Developer Relations & Community
Create developer-focused content including API guides, integration tutorials, and code examples
Write technical blog posts that showcase integration patterns, API capabilities, and developer best practices
Engage with the developer community through documentation, forums, and technical resources
Advocate for developer needs by providing feedback on developer experience and technical documentation
Build reference implementations and sample integrations that demonstrate how to extend Maven's capabilities
Collaborate with product teams to ensure developer-facing features are well-documented and accessible
Who You Are
Required Experience & Skills
3–6 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical writing, customer enablement, or similar customer-facing technical roles in B2B SaaS
Strong configuration and admin skills: comfortable navigating complex software platforms, setting up integrations, configuring workflows, and troubleshooting technical issues without needing to write code
Exceptional writing and communication ability: you can explain technical concepts clearly and create enablement content that helps diverse audiences (from business users to technical admins) succeed quickly
Solutions-oriented mindset: you think like a solutions engineer—understanding customer needs, anticipating questions, and creating resources that accelerate time-to-value
Demo and presentation skills: you can build compelling proof-of-concept environments and explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Customer empathy: you understand what makes great customer experiences and can identify friction points in onboarding, configuration, and day-to-day product usage
Collaborative approach: you work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering) and can translate technical capabilities into customer value
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, conversational AI platforms, or enterprise automation tools
Background in developer relations, technical content writing, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or technical account management
Portfolio of enablement content, samples of content such as scenario guides, documentation samples, or demo environments you've created
Experience building training programs or partner enablement initiatives
Familiarity with common enterprise integrations (CRMs, helpdesk systems, knowledge bases, APIs, webhooks, etc.)
Understanding of SaaS implementation patterns and enterprise software adoption best practices

Ability to read and understand basic code (for troubleshooting configurations) without needing to write it from scratch
