What We’re Looking For
At Source, we're seeking a highly organized and dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure that our operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will act as a pivotal point of communication between our sales team and other internal departments like Accounting, Finance and Marketing.
The position is a full time, remote, salary position based anywhere in the US. This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Salary for this position is: $60,000 - $70,000
Objectives of this Role
Streamline activities within the sales team
Maintain master fee schedule
Liaison between Sales and Purchasing teams
Key contact between Sales, Marketing and Finance departments
Responsibilities
Documentation & Collaboration:
Maintain and update client records, sales reports, and other related documentation in our CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign integration in Salesforce to properly track lead attribution
Coordinate with finance team on proper revenue recognition best practices and needed Salesforce documentation
Work closely with all other departments, such as marketing, logistics, purchasing, and finance to ensure seamless coordination
Sales Support:
Prepare sales presentations and proposals by compiling data
Assist the sales team with various tasks, including organizing schedules, processing proposals, and communicating to other departments
Assign and distribute leads to sales representatives, ensuring that all leads are attended to promptly and effectively
Schedule and prepare materials for sales meetings, training, and conferences.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role
Proficient in Google for Business, especially Excel / Sheets
Proficient in other sales and project management tools like Asana
Proficient experience with CRM software - Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
A team player with a high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Keen attention to detail

Bonus: previous experience in hospitality, or pursuing a degree in, the commercial architecture/design/construction industry
