What We’re Looking For

Source is looking to hire our first Recruiter to own and lead talent acquisition efforts across the company. The person we seek has a track record of success at a fast-growing company as a full lifecycle recruiter and has been responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing exceptional candidates to leading candidates and hiring teams through a seamless and efficient interview process.

Reporting to our Director of Operations, you will work alongside Source’s leadership team and company hiring managers to identify, attract, interview, and hire exceptional people for key roles across the company.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead hiring efforts across Source

  • Select and implement recruiting tech stack and processes to optimize and support Source’s current and future hiring efforts

  • Work closely with hiring managers and teams to help them hire better and faster

  • Be the main point of contact for candidates interviewing at Source

  • Provide interview training to hiring teams

  • Own candidate experience and hiring team experience

  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure hiring plans are budgeted and approved

  • Create a recruiting dashboard to track hiring velocity and pipeline activity

Experience and Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of recruiting experience with companies that were start-ups or experienced tremendous growth during your tenure

  • You have created interview processes that have netted exceptional results, you are a skilled and patient teacher when it comes to all things related to recruiting, and you have a track record of success in helping teams hire better and faster

  • Strong passion for DEI and building teams intentionally

  • A passion for building: processes, structure, tooling, and training to support recruiting excellence.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

  • Comfortable building and working with remote team members and management.

  • A great listener, and you possess high levels of EQ, your kindness and curiosity are your personal brand, and you’ve been called a culture carrier at other organizations.

  • Confident, comfortable, and enthusiastic about sourcing and recruiting talent at all levels from technical roles to non-technical roles.

  • A world-class prioritizer, comfortable communicating what you can and can’t do, offering options and solutions to best suit the needs of the business and teams you support.

  • Experience as a sole recruiter at a fast-growing company or one of few in a rapidly growing startup.

  • A multitasker who can fill multiple jobs per month and knows how to scale teams and departments.

  • A knack for thoughtfully managing expectations.

Communicable Disease Safety Protocols

Source is committed to protecting employees during a communicable disease outbreak, such as Covid-19. It is the goal of the company during any such time period to strive to operate effectively and ensure that all essential services are continuously provided and that employees are safe within the workplace. We will provide employees with best practices and mandatory procedures during periods of heightened disease control as quantified by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Source asks all employees to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of infectious diseases in the workplace by following our procedures and wearing appropriate PPE. We will ensure a clean workplace, including the regular cleaning of objects, and areas that are frequently used, such as bathrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, door handles and railings. Source will stay abreast of guidance from federal, state and local health agencies and communicate updates and changes to our employees.
