Role Summary

As our Social Media Manager, you will own and manage our "owned" social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Groups. You’ll be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content that connects with diverse audiences and drives growth. You’ll also build relationships with influencers and online communities to amplify our reach. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and community building in the health space.

Who You Are

5+ years of social media experience, preferably in a startup or health-related industry.
Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Groups.
Exceptional storytelling and content production skills, with an eye for visual design and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with influencers and building partnerships in the social media space.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and community management skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of trends and experimenting with new formats.
Interest in health, wellness, or patient advocacy is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Groups to grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Content Creation & Production: Direct, produce, and manage content that resonates with users and aligns with our mission, including posts, videos, stories, and reels.
Community Management: Actively engage with our audience, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community across platforms.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and advocates to amplify our brand and build credibility.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the marketing and product teams to align content with campaigns, condition launches, and brand initiatives.
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand innovative and relevant.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and maintain a consistent content calendar across all channels.

Time Commitment & Compensation
