Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content and Product Operations Lead to oversee content production and product launches. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our content pipeline, ensuring a seamless experience for our doctors and driving efficiency across both content and product workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve content management and lead the launch of new medical conditions on our platform.

You’re familiar with product operations, especially in launching new features or content areas.

What You’ll Do
Content Operations:
Manage and coordinate the video content pipeline, including overseeing video editors and reviewers, ensuring timely uploads, and processing weekly content ingests.
Lead the onboarding process for new doctors, managing their profiles on the platform and ensuring they are set up for success.
Continuously innovate and refine content workflows to improve efficiency and scale content production.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and tools including AI based optimizations to make the whole content system better
Product Operations:
Work closely with the product team to support the launch of new health conditions on the platform, ensuring a smooth rollout.
Assist with go-to-market (GTM) tasks related to new condition launches, ensuring timely execution of key milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and product strategy with company goals.
Time Commitment & Compensation
