The Role

We’re hiring a Growth Product Lead to build and own Roon’s growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. This is not a traditional marketing or product role.
You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, AI, content, distribution, and go-to-market. One day you might launch an AI-powered referral loop. The next, you might redesign onboarding flows, build outbound systems with custom agents, run experiments on email provider activation, or create entirely new growth channels from scratch.

You should be equally comfortable writing SQL, shipping landing pages, analyzing funnels, prompting LLMs, and talking directly to customers.

What You’ll Do

Build Roon’s Growth Engine: Own and scale acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral strategies across the platform.
Product-Led Growth: Partner closely with product and engineering to improve onboarding, conversion, retention, and user engagement through experimentation and product iteration.
AI-Native GTM Systems: Build scalable outbound and inbound systems using tools like Clay, GPT workflows, enrichment APIs, automation tooling, and AI-assisted personalization.
Rapid Experimentation: Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across product surfaces, lifecycle messaging, content, and distribution channels.
User Insights: Talk directly with users and customers to deeply understand motivations, pain points, and growth opportunities.
Data & Analytics: Define and monitor key growth metrics, build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and identify leverage points across the business.
Distribution & Content: Help create scalable distribution advantages through partnerships, lifecycle marketing, SEO, community, referrals, and content systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, engineers, designers, operators, and clinical stakeholders to align growth strategy with company goals.
Ship Fast: Move quickly from idea to execution with a bias toward learning and iteration over perfection.

Time Commitment & Compensation

At Roon, we’re committed to creating long-term growth opportunities within the company. Pay will be competitive and will vary based on credentials. We will offer equity as part of our compensation package. This is a full-time role.
