What you will be doing

  • Case manage client questions and feedback regarding our products and services

  • Support client base through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Analyze client activity and inquiries to identify trends, proactively addressing common challenges and opportunities

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients and identify opportunities to go above and beyond

  • Collaborate with Relationship Management, Financial Operations, Risk Management, Engineering, and Institutional teams to support business needs

  • Identify and implement opportunities to use automation to scale processes and improve the client experience

  • Be the voice of the client and provide input to product specifications based on client feedback

What we look for in you

  • Strong critical thinker

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, conversationalist, ability to explain things simply

  • Highly adaptable, excellent time management and able to prioritize daily tasks

  • 4+ years of experience in client operations, customer success, or a related field, preferably in fintech, financial services, or a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to haves

  • Preference to candidates with a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Operations, and Information Systems

Salary and benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 $85,000- Full Time
