About Us

Rho is the all-in-one banking platform for startups and the accountants who support them. With banking set up in minutes, 2% cashback cards, and powerful tools for managing spend, paying bills, and closing the books, Rho helps high-growth startups move fast and stay focused—with support that goes to the ends of the earth to help you win.

About the Role

Rho is on a mission to hire exceptional talent—and scaling that mission requires operational excellence. As our Talent Operations & Programs Manager, you’ll own the systems, data, and programs that power our hiring engine. From day-to-day execution to long-range planning, this role will sit at the intersection of process, tools, and strategy. You’ll be a force multiplier across our Talent & People org—driving clarity, consistency, and momentum.

This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of Talent & People and is based in our Salt Lake City office, 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end Talent Ops: systems, workflows, documentation, and data integrity across the full hiring lifecycle.

  • Design and run recruiting programs—from interview training to vendor management to campus/intern hiring.

  • Own the scheduling workflow: tools, process, and coordination standards across all roles.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure every search is launched, tracked, and closed with discipline.

  • Drive clarity through metrics: generate weekly dashboards and insights to help us move faster and smarter.

  • Lead onboarding and enablement for new recruiters and interviewers.

  • Build and maintain documentation to ensure repeatability and scale.

  • Optimize our use of Ashby and other recruiting tools, ensuring we get full value from our stack.

  • Spot gaps in process and fill them. When something’s broken, you fix it before it’s a fire.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or people programs.

  • A track record of building processes that unlock speed, scale, and quality in high-growth environments.

  • Data confidence—you’re comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and pulling insights from the noise.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (bonus points for Ashby) and other recruiting tools.

  • A bias toward ownership and follow-through. You never assume “someone else is on it.”

  • Clear, concise communication—especially when translating data into action.

  • A systems mindset and a love of operational detail.

  • Enthusiasm for helping great people do great work, faster.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $97,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.

Diversity is a core value at Rho. We’re passionate about building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable environment for all those involved with our mission, including employees, contractors, candidates, customers and vendors. We believe every member of the Rho community enriches our ability to provide a broad range of ways to understand and engage with the market, identify problems, and drive solutions that align with our mission. We welcome all qualified applications and support each of our Rho’ers with ongoing professional growth opportunities.
