About the Role

As a Growth Account Executive at Rho, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion and revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech startup that's reshaping business banking. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working with a diverse range of businesses to provide innovative financial solutions that streamline their operations and fuel their growth. Your contributions will be instrumental in revolutionizing how companies manage their finances and helping Rho make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-potential current customers across various industries and company sizes.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies within Rho’s book of business to grow and expand product adoption and exceed revenue targets.
  • Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each prospect's unique needs.
  • Coordinate closely with customer success and implementation teams to maintain the highest level of service and experience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota, focusing on growth and expansion.
  • Previous experience working in any one of the following areas is preferred:
    • Experience selling subscription-based software technologies (SaaS), other software products, and/or financial services products.
    • Experience working with startups.
  • Top performer with a track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • A consummate team player who enjoys wearing multiple hats and inspiring everyone around you to do great work.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture accelerators

Our people are our most valuable asset. The budgeted base salary for this role is $90,000 with an OTE of $130,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
