As an IT Endpoint Engineer, you will be at our front line and in the most outwardly facing position within our IT organization. Your days will be spent as an enabler, a facilitator, and a supporter of a high performing and fast paced technology company.

What You’ll Do

Work Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to: Senior IT Program Manager
Direct Reports: No

  • Provide escalated support to our internal IT team for issues by troubleshooting and applying knowledge via support calls, service hub tickets, email requests or other channels.
  • Research existing and emerging hardware and software technologies to determine capabilities and cost-benefits relationship, and develop ongoing computer systems solutions that meet performance and budgetary requirements
  • Support development and implementation of new software & system technologies within a large systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies and deployment timelines
  • Demonstrates ownership of multiple IT Support systems or services (ex ABM, JAMF, Ivanti, Okta, Zoom....)
  • Able to complete projects smaller independently
  • Adheres to change management protocols when implementing solutions to ensure compliance with operational requirements for security, performance, reliability and scalability.
  • Create thorough documentation records of design specifications and instructional manuals as necessary to enable all computer systems personnel and end users to interact correctly and effectively with hardware and software systems
  • Actively working Infosec VRR’s and meeting SLA on VRRs assigned to IT Support
  • Act as mentor for Jr/Sr Support Tech and as technical endpoint escalation on office build outs in their region (will require travel for some setups)
  • Scopes, designs and implements M&M project work

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT components.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, MacOS operating systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cloud-powered productivity platform (ex: Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, GCP.... )
  • Demonstrated experience managing endpoint/device management platform (ex Jamf, Intune, Ivanti... or other similar)
  • Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, other authentication protocols, user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access management.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
