We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead new customer deployments across the Polimorphic platform, ensuring a seamless, value-driven onboarding experience. You’ll translate complex use cases into well-structured implementation plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, excel in product knowledge and technical configuration, and manage projects from kickoff through activation.

You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver on-time, high-quality launches that make governments successful and confident in their investment.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

  • Own end-to-end implementation of Polimorphic capabilities across the customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding and scope execution through post-onboarding feature and module adoption in partnership with the CS

  • Create and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and success criteria.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align expectations and deliver deployments on schedule.

  • Track and report implementation progress to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively communicating blockers and dependencies.

Customer Onboarding

  • Lead discovery sessions with customers to document processes, requirements, and goals.

  • Translate requirements into actionable configuration and data setup plans.

  • Deliver tailored training and documentation to ensure successful handoff to live operations.

  • Ensure each customer reaches “value realization” milestones, can demonstrate success with their first live use cases, and is well-positioned for positive ongoing management by their CSM.

Technical Configuration

  • Build customer-specific workflows in our no-code environment to model their processes, including form design, routing logic, approvals, and notifications.

  • Configure and tune Polimorphic AI agents to ingest and fit each customer's content and use cases; validate quality and troubleshoot throughout build and go-live.

  • Partner with engineering to stand up integrations with customer systems, owning the field mapping, data flow requirements and design, and end-to-end testing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product and Engineering to define configuration requirements and ensure readiness of new features.

  • Partner with Sales and CS to ensure smooth handoffs at kickoff and at activation and fluid implementation of post-onboarding project work and feature adoption.

  • Contribute feedback from implementations to improve templates, tools, and product usability.

Process Improvement

  • Maintain and continuously improve implementation templates, playbooks, and metrics.

  • Contribute to defining best practices for discovery, testing, and go-live readiness.

  • Help scale the implementation process as the customer base grows.


Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, technology adoption consulting, or project management (GovTech experience a plus, but not required).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, user permissions, data imports).

  • Ability to build trust with government partners and communicate clearly across roles and seniority levels.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus but not required.

  • Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and their real-world applications
