About the Role & Responsibilities

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our stellar team to build the next generation of government technology. You'll work across our entire platform, developing both core infrastructure and our cutting-edge AI features.

• Build the key features our clients (cities, counties, and states) use. Your work will touch millions of people every time they interact with their local government.
• Incorporate feedback from our users across America.
• Partner with customers and our product team to shape product features and vision
• Contribute to a platform that leverages AI to transform constituent-government interactions
• Our stack is built in React/Typescript & Django/Python. Experience in either is not required
• We are based in Chelsea - NYC and are an in person team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in full stack web development
• Strong back-end development skills
• Experience building enterprise or consumer software
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams
• Comfort delivering software in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in applying technology to improve state and local government
