About Polimorphic

Polimorphic builds AI-powered tools that streamline the work of local governments. From automating resident services with chatbots and voice lines to digitizing forms and improving internal workflows, we help local governments serve their communities better. We’re a mission-driven team passionate about delivering practical, impactful solutions.

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and take the lead on executing and managing all aspects of Polimorphic’s event strategy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on logistics, coordination, and creating high-impact experiences at trade shows and conferences. You’ll be the operational engine behind our events, making sure every detail is dialed in and every interaction reflects our brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all field marketing events.
  • Own event logistics from end to end: registration, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, AV requirements, travel arrangements, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Manage event timelines and budgets, keeping things on track and on brand.
  • Organize and maintain event materials and assets—booth displays, banners, swag, signage, demo stations, and printed collateral.
  • Track and report on event performance, including leads generated, attendance, and ROI metrics.
  • Maintain a centralized calendar and checklist for all upcoming events.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or tradeshow logistics (ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup environment).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and vendors simultaneously.
  • Experience working with tools like HubSpot or similar marketing operations platforms.
  • A proactive, get-it-done attitude and willingness to travel (~10–15%) for events.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills—you can rally cross-functional teams and keep everyone on the same page.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A mission that matters: Create technology that lets governments of all sizes deliver for the people.
  • Early-stage ownership with real impact on company trajectory.
  • A collaborative, transparent culture that values your voice.
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits.
