ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Pietra is looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representatives to help drive top-of-funnel growth for our Account Executives. A successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying prospective customers across specialized projects and by managing leads through their sales pipeline. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will Conduct thorough internet research using tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Apollo, StoreLeads to build databases and enrich existing ones
- You will work closely with Account Executives to determine most effective outreach plan to generate new business opportunities
- You’re expected to make use of Linkedin to help keep our SalesForce Accounts and Contacts up-to date
- Your proficiency in the use of Excel will help get through your day to day juggling between mission critical marketing projects
- Your research skills will help you identify buying flags that you will make use of in enriching existing databases
- You’re expected to do cold outreach (cold call, email, etc.) and be proficient in both verbal/written business communication in English to be successful in your role as you progress through your career here at Pietra in a customer facing role
- You will be goaled on the number of Qualified Meetings you generate for Account Executives on a weekly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SDR with hands on experience of using prospecting tools to build and enrich databases preferred
- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree or experience relevant to the role
- Proficiency in the use of tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Apollo & Outreach preferred
- Excellent Research skills using google and the above tech stack
- A growth mindset to thrive in a fast paced environment, ask the right questions and receive feedback
- Confident communicator, unafraid to get on the phone with a cold prospect
- Experience in customer interfacing role as a sales prospector is a plus
- Ability to work diligently on repetitive tasks while maintaining urgency and accuracy at the same time
