As Pietra's first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product marketing strategies and execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will maximize Pietra's market opportunities by setting and executing a go-to-market strategy for product success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans
• Conduct market research, collaborate with sales and product management teams, and lead product marketing initiatives to drive growth and adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop messaging and positioning for new products, monitor market trends, and identify key customer insights to inform product strategies.

What you’ll bring to Pietra:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or product management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience in technology or software industry is a plus
