As Pietra's first dedicated Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and execution. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will drive our marketing efforts, focusing on organic initiatives, paid marketing, and retention strategies.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in line with Pietra’s vision.
  • Lead and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Evaluate and track the performance of marketing initiatives using analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively promote our offerings and generate leads.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with different departments to ensure marketing alignment.

What you’ll bring to Pietra:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong background in driving organic, paid, and retention marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a knack for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Experience in technology or software industry is a plus
