What you'll do:
- Within 3 months:
- Complete full training on Passport’s international shipping capabilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Passport’s delivery network and options
- Complete full training on the Rates Management System and Pricing Templates
- Fully generate pricing requests in the Rates Management System
- Within 6 months:
- Complete customer rate analysis requests within 1 business day
- Complete network analysis requests within 5 business days
- Update pricing models and generate routing files based on network routing decisions within 5 business days
- Within 12 months:
- Analyze YoY changes in network costs, update the Rates Management System based on the analysis, and upload results into the Rates Management System for annual rate increases
You have many of the following:
- Analytical Skills - strong quantitative and analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets
- Pricing Competency - understanding of financial concepts, including complex cost structures and profit margin
- Data Analysis Tools - proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
- Communication Skills - excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Attention to Detail - proven ability to accurately create detailed analysis
- Industry Knowledge - logistics background is a plus, but not required
- Team Player - proven track record of collaborating cross functionally
- Growth Mindset - understands the startup mentality and loves it
- Trustworthy - has the character and competence to both understand Passport’s goals and ability to work independently to achieve them in accordance with our values.
