As Passport’s logistics grow increasingly complex, the Daily Operations team is integral in ensuring successful delivery and overseeing all the moving pieces – from pickups at our 3PL partners to final mile delivery and everything in between.
In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to our various vendors and new customers, ensuring compliance with the Passport process. You’ll be a key part of the Daily Operations team by being our boots on the ground, driving continuous improvement projects across our various vendors, working hand in hand with cross-functional teams, and developing the key metrics and insights to support future growth.

In this position, you will…

  • Travel to our various vendors and customers, ensuring compliance with the Passport process
  • Assist in standing up new programs across the supply chain, driving improvement and compliance of our vendors performance
  • Work cross-functionally and with outside vendors to communicate and resolve issues proactively as well as reactively
  • Make effective decisions regarding project processes and priorities
  • Communicate with leaders and team members to keep the project aligned with business requirements and goals
  • Aid in documentation creation, including tracking success using data and reporting
  • Measure vendor performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support continuous improvement that enhances processes and efficiency
  • Provide support in making improvements to procedures, workflow, and organizational processes, including vendor performance management and conflict resolution
  • Provide assistance in resolving disputes related to deliverables, service failures, payments, and overall vendor performance
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to perform vendor site visits to ensure appropriate processes and controls are in place to reduce risk, track vendor performance to optimize overall contract value

You have many of the following…

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, program management, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • A reputation as a go-getter. You find a solution to every problem that is thrown at you and (1) own your work (2) hold your teammates accountable for results
  • Excellent data and analytical skills including the ability to perform data analysis to create tactical operational recommendations
  • A fast pace! We talk in terms of days, not quarters. You have the ability to work in an often ambiguous, and constantly evolving environment
  • A predisposition to give structure to ambiguous problems
  • You're a problem solver and not intimidated by what you don't know
  • You're willing to put in the time to learn, and are dedicated to continuous improvement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
