Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product manager and designer to design the specification and high-level architecture of new features.
• Build new user-friendly features and enhancements with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs, integrate frontend components with backend services, and foster effective communication and collaboration within the development team.
• Write thorough unit and integration tests.
• Identify and resolve performance and reliability issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improve code quality, and adopt best practices.
  

Who you are

A deep understanding of JavaScript and considerable experience building thick-client applications with modern frameworks such as React/Flux, Vue, or AngularJS.

• Strong HTML & CSS skills, with bonus points for experience with animation, knowledge of approaches to scalable/modular CSS, & preprocessors such as SCSS & LESS, Tailwind.
• Comfortable with Git/version control and workflows.
• Familiarity with Unit and E2E testing concepts and tools such as QUnit, Mocha & Selenium, and Cypress.
• 5+ years of industry experience building Consumer UI.
• Familiarity with client-side build processes & tools - Babel, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc.
• Extensive experience managing the software development life cycle for medium to large projects.
• Driven and curious about the future of DeFi and scalable engineering.
