Job Overview
Niural is seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Growth (Marketing) to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our channels. Reporting to the Founders, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling growth for high-growth SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="1">Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Build and lead the overall marketing strategy, including digital campaigns, content marketing, paid media, organic growth, and partnerships.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="2">Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics and insights to optimize campaign performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and ROI.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="3">Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="4">Brand Building: Develop Niural’s brand identity to position us as a thought leader in HR, payroll, and financial operations.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="5">Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="6">Channel Optimization: Oversee the performance of all digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring consistent growth in qualified leads and conversions.

- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="9">Budget Management: Own the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="1">5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="2">Proven track record of driving growth for SaaS or technology companies, particularly in B2B markets.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="3">Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="4">Analytical mindset with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="5">Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- ul]:list-none has-[>ol]:list-none" value="6">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives.
