Qualifications:

• No college degree required, just a passion for sales and making money
• Sales experience is not required but it is preferable. We will train you.
• Competitive mindset with a love for exceeding goals
• Enjoys and excels at spending the entire day on the phone making cold calls and building relationships; if you don't thrive on the phone, this role isn't for you
• Quick thinking ability to adapt to various customer needs and objections
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated to hit targets
