as an early product designer in our small team, you will have a strong impact on our product and vision.

**you can expect to wear many (design) hats, with your specific responsibilities including the following:**

- lead the design of specific product features for app & web through the full design process - from ux research, to ui/ux design, to feature evaluation, to iteration
- contribute your design thinking skills to other touch points (branding and marketing, social, product-related growth experiments, etc.)
- be a thought partner in crafting the vision of koodos
- add to our growing design system
- work closely with our community team to identify and meet the needs of our community
- work closely with engineering to ensure high quality implementation
