All FORM patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. About the Role:

As the Practice Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing our mission of providing specialized care in Obesity Medicine. Reporting to the Director of Practice Operations and working closely with the Practice Manager, you will oversee administrative responsibilities and provide comprehensive support across various functions. This hybrid position, based in our downtown Boston office, requires an onsite presence three days a week. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embrace adaptability, and efficiently manage multiple tasks to ensure seamless office operations while supporting our patient-centered mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily schedule adjustments, including handling call-outs, vacations, and clinician changes.
  • Optimize schedules to ensure smooth operations while overseeing staff time-off requests and clinical transitions.
  • Resolve concerns from providers, staff, and patients to create a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Maintain records of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clinicians and vendors by effectively addressing and resolving issues.
  • Manage patient concerns and provide support for special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

We seek applicants who:

  • Associate’s degree or higher, or have 3+ years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training in lieu of formal education.
  • Have recent experience managing schedules within a high-volume medical group with numerous providers.
  • Are proficient in Google Suite, particularly intermediate Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
  • Basic understanding of credentialing and licensing regulations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Excel in a dynamic environment, showing adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Are committed to maintaining patient and staff confidentiality.

Hourly Pay Range
