We recently raised a $17M Series A led by M13.The RoleFoundational PMM hire partnering with VP Marketing, founders, and sales to translate a technical platform into a compelling story. Own competitive intelligence, enablement, launches, partner marketing, case studies, and buyer research.What You'll Do- Lead product launches and feature rollouts, owning messaging, assets, and GTM sequencing.- Partner on positioning/messaging for platform, deployment options, and key use cases (CDC, real-time analytics, AI pipelines, data warehouse modernization).- Run buyer/customer research; develop ICP-aligned narratives for data engineers, architects, and platform leaders.- Own customer case studies; build competitive intelligence program (battle cards, win/loss, talk tracks).- Drive sales enablement; lead partner marketing (Snowflake, Databricks, clouds); partner on editorial direction for high-value content.What You Bring- 3–5 years B2B PMM at data infra/dev tools/modern data stack company; strong modern data stack fluency (ETL/ELT, CDC, streaming)- Strong writing/editing; sales partnership instinct; customer interviewing skills; bias toward shipping; editorial judgmentBonus Points- Launched at data infra/dev tools; large-org technical buying experience; partner ecosystem support; built competitive program; used AI toolsWhy Estuary- Foundational PMM seat; direct collaboration with leadership; fast-moving category (real-time + AI); remote-first with quarterly offsites; competitive base, equity, benefitsWork Location & Travel- Remote-first; prioritizing NYC-area applicants; ~10–15% travelHow to Apply- Send resume and a short note about a PMM work sample to careers@estuary.dev.
