Recently raised a $17M Series A led by M13.The Role: Foundational PMM hire partnering with founders, VP Marketing, and sales to shape positioning/messaging, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, launches, partner marketing, case studies, and ongoing buyer research.What You'll Do:- Lead product launches and feature rollouts; own messaging and GTM sequencing.- Partner on positioning/messaging across deployment options and key use cases (CDC, real-time analytics, AI pipelines, warehouse modernization).- Run buyer/customer research; develop ICP-aligned narratives.- Own case studies and proof points; build competitive intelligence program.- Drive sales enablement; lead partner marketing; guide editorial direction of high-value content.What You Bring:- 3–5 years B2B PMM at data infra/dev tools/modern data stack company; ETL/CDC/streaming/integration preferred.- Fluency in modern data stack; strong writing/editing; sales partnership instinct; customer interviewing; bias toward shipping; strong editorial judgment.Bonus: Shipped impactful launches; experience with enterprise technical buyers; partner ecosystems; competitive program building; AI tooling for workflows.Why Estuary: Foundational seat; direct collaboration with leadership; category in motion; remote-first with quarterly offsites; competitive base, equity, and benefits.Work Location & Travel: Remote-first; prioritizing NYC-area; ~10–15% travel.How to Apply: Send resume and note about PMM work to careers@estuary.dev.
