At Estuary, we’re building infrastructure that powers real-time data movement—syncing, transforming, and operationalizing data across databases, warehouses, and streaming systems. Following a $17M Series A led by M13, we’re entering the next phase of growth. We’re hiring a founding Product Manager to work with founders, engineers, and customers across core platform areas (control plane, connectors, UX). High-impact, early role with autonomy. Not a process PM role—form strong opinions, get close to users, and make decisions in a fast-moving, technical environment. What You’ll Do: Contribute to product direction across control plane, connector ecosystem, UX, and AI-driven features. Work directly with customers to understand use cases and translate into priorities. Develop PRDs to disentangle complex system relationships and speed engineering. Partner with engineering to define, scope, and ship features. Prioritize limited resources effectively. Develop/communicate product roadmap and priorities. Align engineering, GTM, and leadership around direction. What We’re Looking For: 4–8 years in product management/engineering/technical product-adjacent role. Experience with developer tools/data infrastructure/technical products (pipelines, databases, APIs, cloud). Capability to apply modern AI tools across product lifecycle. Track record of shipping with engineering teams. Thrives in ambiguity; strong user research instincts. Nice to Have: Background in data engineering/analytics/distributed systems; connectors, ETL/ELT, streaming experience; early-stage startup experience.
