At Estuary, we’re building the infrastructure that powers real-time data movement. Following a $17M Series A led by M13, we’re expanding product and team. We’re hiring a founding Product Manager to define product direction across the core platform — control plane, connectors, user experience, and AI-driven features. This is not a “process PM” role; you’ll form strong opinions, get close to users, and drive decisions in a highly technical, fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do: - Contribute to direction across control plane, connector ecosystem, UX, and AI features. - Work directly with customers to understand use cases and translate into priorities. - Develop PRDs that untangle complex system relationships and align engineering with customer needs. - Partner with engineering to define, scope, and ship features. - Prioritize limited resources for maximum customer value; communicate roadmap/priorities. - Act as connective tissue across engineering, GTM, and leadership. What We’re Looking For: 4–8 years in PM/engineering/technical roles; experience in developer tools/data infra; ability to apply AI tools to product lifecycle; track record shipping with engineering; thrives in ambiguity; user discovery skills. Nice to Have: background in data engineering/analytics/distributed systems; connectors/ETL/streaming; early-stage experience.
