At Estuary, we’re building infrastructure for real-time data movement across databases, warehouses, and streaming systems. Following a $17M Series A led by M13, we’re expanding the product and team. This founding PM will shape product direction across control plane, connectors, and user experience.What You’ll Do:- Contribute to product direction across control plane, connector ecosystem, UX, and AI-driven features.- Work directly with customers to understand use cases and translate into priorities.- Develop PRDs to disentangle complex systems relationships and speed implementations.- Partner with engineering to define, scope, and ship features; prioritize resources effectively.- Communicate roadmap and act as connective tissue across engineering, GTM, and leadership.What We’re Looking For:- 4–8 years in product management/engineering/technical product-adjacent roles.- Experience with developer tools/data infrastructure (pipelines, databases, APIs, cloud infra).- Ability to apply modern AI tools across the product lifecycle.- Proven record shipping products with engineering; thrives in ambiguity and early-stage environments.- Strong user research instincts; turn insights into direction.Nice to Have: Background in data engineering/analytics/distributed systems; connectors/ETL/streaming experience; early-stage startup experience.Why Estuary: Work directly with founders; own meaningful surface area; small, high-performing team; remote-first with quarterly offsites; competitive compensation and equity.
