About Estuary: We unify batch and real-time pipelines into a single, reliable system, enabling teams to build modern data infrastructure with low latency, strong guarantees, and production-grade reliability.What You'll Do:- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close for mid-market, data-forward organizations.- Lead consultative discovery with technical and commercial stakeholders.- Position Estuary as a modern alternative to legacy ETL tools and fragmented streaming stacks.- Navigate complex buying committees; manage pipeline with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot).- Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership on messaging and competitive positioning.- Consistently meet and exceed new logo and ARR quotas.What You Bring:- 3–6 years closing experience in SaaS/data infrastructure/developer-focused products.- Proven quota attainment; comfort selling into technical buyers.- Knowledge of ETL/ELT, CDC, warehouses, streaming pipelines.- Strong communication; ability to translate technical value into business impact.- Self-starter mentality with ambition to grow into senior/enterprise sales.Bonus Points: Experience selling to data engineers or platform teams; early-stage startup experience; familiarity with Fivetran, Airbyte, Kafka, dbt, Snowflake; experience in multi-threaded deals.Why Join Us: Help define how real-time data infrastructure is sold; shape GTM strategy; work with a deeply technical team; competitive comp, equity, benefits; remote-first with meaningful ownership and impact.
