Account Executive: We’re looking for an Account Executive to join AllVoices’ Sales team, driving our revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company. Our ideal candidate is passionate about generating new business, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in their past roles, a consultative sales approach, and top-notch communication and presentation skills. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our fast-growing startup and help make workplaces safer, happier and healthier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Full Enterprise Sales Cycle: From discovery to close and expansion, across Fortune 1000 orgs.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage CHROs, CFOs, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement leaders to identify business challenges and drive tailored solutions.

  • Strategic Deal Planning: Build multi-threaded relationships and account-based strategies to land and expand.

  • Value-Based Discovery & Demos: Lead discovery, articulate ROI, and deliver customized executive-level presentations.

  • Complex Negotiations: Own procurement cycles, legal redlines, MSAs, security reviews, and compliance processes.

  • RFP/RFI Management: Lead submissions and collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate AllVoices.

  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Maintain pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate Salesforce forecasts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to drive seamless onboarding and expansion.

  • Market & Compliance Expertise: Stay ahead of HR tech trends, and lead InfoSec, privacy, and compliance discussions.

What success looks like:

  • Hitting or exceeding quota on $45K–$200K+ ACV deals.

  • Building and expanding relationships across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement.

  • Navigating 3–9 month enterprise sales cycles.

  • Driving timely, risk-mitigated deal closures.

  • Contributing to predictable pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle Enterprise SaaS sales experience, exceeding quota.

  • Proven track record closing $50K–$200K+ ACV deals, ideally in HR tech, compliance, or employee experience.

  • Skilled in enterprise sales motions: multi-threading, building business cases, and value-based selling to CHROs, CFOs, and other senior execs.

  • Experience managing procurement, redlines, InfoSec, legal reviews, and risk assessments.

  • Familiar with RFP/RFI processes and cross-functional collaboration on proposals.

  • Salesforce fluency with a strong command of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, TCO, and budget alignment.

  • Comfortable navigating security, privacy, and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).

  • Proficient in a modern sales tech stack. Familiarity with AI tools a must!

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling HR tech, workflow automation, or compliance platforms.


  • Familiarity with HR transformation and change management.


  • Executive presence with the ability to command a room and build trust with senior stakeholders.


  • Experience in fast-growth Series A/B SaaS environments.


  • Knowledge of product-led sales motions or converting free users to enterprise buyers (nice to have).


  • Ability to thrive independently while contributing to team success.
