About the role
As a member of the Atlas Fund Services team, you will play a dynamic and vital role in supporting Allocate’s long-term growth. This role will provide critical support in servicing Allocate’s client base and maintaining accurate operational processes. This role reports into the Director of Atlas Fund Services and is ideal for someone looking to grow within fund operations.
Responsibilities include (but would not be limited to):
Work alongside the Fund Administration team with a focus on cash management
Monitor cash and Line-of-credit balances across the book of business
Support the preparation, submission, and reconciliation of cash movement (including capital calls & distributions, trade/wire confirmations, and expense payments)
Monitor and respond to ad-hoc operational requests and service cases
Support the Atlas Fund Services team in processes related to fund operations
Assist in the development of new processes to further automate workflows
Coordinate internally (Legal, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams) to appropriately respond to inbound requests and questions
Additional responsibilities will be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of applicable finance, banking, fund administration or alternative asset management industry experience preferred
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Exemplary oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Salary: Competitive early stage fintech startup (salary + bonus)
Employment: Full time
The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role, as well as internal equity and market data. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
